We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouseman (Checker) to support our construction operations. This role involves overseeing daily site activities, managing material and tool inventories, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining site cleanliness and order. Your organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our site operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Site Operations and Documentation
  • Monitor and document daily site activities including manpower, visitor logs, and equipment usage.
  • Manage the reception and documentation of materials and tools, ensuring they match delivery receipts and are in operational condition.
  • Send daily attendance logs and site reports through appropriate communication channels.
• Inventory and Material Management
  • Maintain and update inventory records for materials and tools.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure all materials are accounted for and stored properly.
  • Organize and oversee the withdrawal and return of construction materials and tools in accordance with project requirements.
• Quality Control and Safety
  • Inspect the quality of materials and aggregates delivered to the site, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure all site operations comply with safety standards and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing and submitting reports related to site activities, inventory, and incident management.
  • Support the coordination of material requests and fuel usage documentation to ensure smooth operation of site machinery and vehicles.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional tasks as required to support the operations department and the organization.

• Experience as a warehouseman or jobsite checker, preferably in the construction industry.
