Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the qualifications.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in construction or fabrication.
• Strong understanding of the construction and fabrication industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
• Goal-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in construction and fabrication.
