Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to conduct client visits and perform field sales activities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Willing to learn and develop technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct sales presentations and assist the Sales Team during customer visits.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor sales performance and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
• Monitor quotation status, product deliveries, client payments, and customer feedback.
• Analyze market and sales trends and monitor competitor pricing and strategies.
• Keep updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate product improvements to clients.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Focus on promoting the company's PCB repair and restoration services, outsourcing solutions, OEM equipment and spare parts, PCB BOM/components, and other products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
