Job summary

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to drive new business and nurture relationships with customers in the Laguna region. You will visit clients, present products, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, negotiating terms, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote company products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM or company reporting system.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate after-sales support.
• Attend sales meetings, product training, trade events, and company activities as required.
