Job summary

AP ALUMINUM AND GLASS OPC is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Metro Manila to build strong client relationships, present product solutions, and drive revenue growth. You will deliver quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with multiple internal teams and traveling to meet clients.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in construction/building materials, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• With experience in a similar role.
• Construction/building materials sales experience is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Aluminium/glass industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and as a group.
• Willing to travel to meet a possible client.
• Must be available for frequent (daily) travel to meet clients.
• Can drive 4 wheels and with own vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain harmonious relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features of our products and services.
• Deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Follow up on progress billing payment to the client
• Collaborate with the Design Department, Costing Department, Installation Group, and Fabrication Department to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities even after sales
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
