Qualifications

• Leadership of Talent Acquisition team for Construction & Engineering.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment management across multiple client needs.
• Ability to coach and mentor recruiters and build strong hiring partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and senior leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for technical positions.
• Coach and mentor recruitment staff to improve candidate assessment and stakeholder communication.
