Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Construction & Engineering to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while personally handling a portion of the recruitment slate. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building targeted talent pipelines, understanding client requirements, and delivering high-quality hires across technical roles.

You will coach recruiters, review assessments, and drive recruitment capability within the team, with a focus on hard-to-fill

Qualifications

6+ years of recruitment experience, with construction/engineering focus.
Experience mentoring or leading recruiters.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to coach and develop recruiters.
Experience with Zoho or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across Construction & Engineering recruitment.
Ensure end-to-end recruitment delivery for client roles with quality and speed.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and specialized roles.
Maintain active pipelines and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
Provide coaching and development for Recruiters and Senior/Principal TA Partners.
Act as escalation point for difficult searches and client concerns.
Collaborate with Head of Talent Acquisition to hit recruitment targets.
