Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to identify, engage, and attract top talent across our growing portfolio. You will work with TA Partners and Team Leads to build pipelines, own initial candidate experience, and maintain recruitment data in Zoho.

Comfortable with AI-powered tools, you’ll drive outcomes and earn commissions based on performance. The role is onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City with a 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule and a competitive base plus performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in agency, in-house, BPO, or RPO environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with proven ability to identify top talent.
• Ability to conduct telephone screens and initial interviews independently and assess candidate fit.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM and AI-powered recruitment tools to optimise sourcing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies based on role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Identify high-potential candidates using Boolean search, AI tools, data mining, and networks.
• Engage candidates proactively and present qualified profiles to TA partners and team leads.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and recruitment data in Zoho and ensure a positive candidate experience.
