Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Construction & Engineering in Ortigas, Pasig. The role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while continuing to manage your own recruitment slate for hard-to-fill technical roles.

You will balance people leadership with end-to-end recruitment, client management, and recruitment quality. A hands-on, market-facing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years recruitment experience in Construction, Engineering, Technical, or related fields.
• Experience mentoring/supervising recruiters and leading teams.
• Proven ability to engage clients and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across Construction & Engineering recruitment.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned client roles, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and industry-specific talent and build strong pipelines.
• Coach recruiters and develop capability across the team.
• Escalate and resolve difficult searches and client concerns with professional stakeholder management.
• Ensure recruitment quality and adherence to processes and Zoho records.
• Monitor and report recruitment performance against targets.
• Promote consistent recruitment standards and methodology.
