You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for roles ranging from Project Managers to skilled trades, building a robust pipeline and ensuring timely hires aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment, preferably in construction/engineering/infra.
• Experience recruiting technical and skilled construction personnel.
• Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry requirements.
• Experience with high-volume, project-based recruitment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates for construction roles including PMs, Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, QS, Foremen, Supervisors, skilled workers, and project staff.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified construction candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project/site management teams.
• Verify employment history, licenses, and other qualifications.
