Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking a Contract Administrator for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will administer consultant agreements, leases and subcontracts, manage correspondence and contract records, and support payment documentation.

The role requires a engineering or quantity surveying degree, at least three years in contract administration on construction projects, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least three years' experience in contract administration on construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to draft clear contractual correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Administer consultant agreements, lease contracts and subcontracts, including correspondence, payment documentation and contract records.
• Coordinate supporting documents for contractual matters, claims, disputes and arbitration proceedings with relevant teams.
• Coordinate insurance claims by gathering records and following up with departments and insurers.
• Draft contractual letters and responses to consultants, lessors and subcontractors for review and approval.
• Maintain organized files and track pending actions.
