Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Site Architect for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will coordinate with engineers, prepare shop drawings, conduct site inspections, and support project execution while ensuring compliance with codes and guidelines.

The role requires a Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) with at least 3 years of experience in both structural and architectural works; ready to work on-site and coordinate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in both structural and architectural works.
• Experience in both office-based design/coordination and site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approval and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies.
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
