Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role requires coordinating with engineers, preparing shop drawings, and inspecting works on-site to ensure quality and compliance with codes.

Ideal candidates have a PRC license, 3+ years in both architectural and structural domains, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp. On-site work is required for project execution.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC registered).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in structural and architectural works.
• Experience in both office design/coordination and site supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to align design and construction.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approvals and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns.
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
