Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operation, maintenance, utilization and performance of all equipment.
• Supervise the daily operation, deployment and efficient utilization of construction equipment and machinery.
• Monitor equipment operators to ensure safe operation and address issues.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used in accordance with procedures.
• Report, investigate and follow up on equipment related incidents to minimize downtime.
• Conduct trade tests and competency assessments for new equipment operators.
