ACCIONA is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves coordinating with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment, and preparing architectural shop drawings and method statements for site execution.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect (PRC Registered)
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in both structural and architectural works
Experience in office-based design/coordination and site supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Responsibilities

Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment
Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approval and method statements
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements
Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies
Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines
