Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing; construction industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possession of a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, presentations, and bidding requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations as required.
• Coordinate with the Estimating, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Monitor upcoming construction projects, tenders, and market trends.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and project opportunities.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate with prospective clients when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business development reports.
• Represent the company during industry events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
