Outsourcey is hiring an administrative support professional in the Philippines. You will prepare roof layouts, manage drawings, perform material takeoffs, and draft customer quotations.

The role requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-border teams. You will maintain records, update trackers, and ensure timely delivery while handling general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with plans, drawings and visual documents.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to follow detailed processes and work independently.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare roof layout plans using Word templates and drawings.
• Place anchor points, ladder locations and annotations on roof plans.
• Perform basic material takeoffs from residential plans.
• Prepare customer quotations from internal templates and pricing schedules.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Review plans for completeness and missing information.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers and internal databases.
• Liaise with the Australian team on status and clarifications.
• Ensure work is accurate and on time.
• Assist with general admin tasks.
