Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Property Operations Coordinator to support the daily condotel operations in Manila. You will coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other teams to ensure units and facilities are ready for daily operations.

The role serves as the liaison between guests, tenants, staff, service providers, and management. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hospitality operations, strong scheduling and reporting skills, and a solid understanding of property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in condotel, hotel, serviced residence, property management, hospitality, or similar operations advantageous.
• Solid background coordinating housekeeping, front office, maintenance, laundry, or facilities.
• Willing to work six days per week and on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in scheduling, coordination, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with property or hotel management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day condotel operations with front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams.
• Provide professional guest, tenant, and stakeholder relations and timely responses to requests and concerns.
• Monitor readiness and condition of guest units, common areas, and facilities; conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate schedules and assignments of staff across departments; monitor attendance and conduct.
• Receive, document, and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs.
• Prepare reports on guest concerns, maintenance issues, inventory, staffing, inspections, and operations.
