Job summary

Strategic Land Philippines Corporation in Laoag, Ilocos Norte seeks a Property Management Officer to oversee daily condominium operations, supervise the management team, manage tenant relations, and support the Property Manager in delivering excellent service while preserving the property's value.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any engineering or architectural course.
• License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations including security, housekeeping, engineering, and building services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and maintenance of common areas.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Monitor and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Assist in preparing and managing the operating and capital expenditures budget.
• Oversee collection of condominium dues and other receivables.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents’ concerns and inquiries.
• Disseminate notices, circulars, and memos.
• Review renovation applications for compliance with house rules.
• Monitor renovations to ensure safety and guideline adherence.
• Coordinate with contractors and enforce building regulations during construction.
• Ensure compliance with condominium by-laws, house rules, and government regulations.
• Support the Condominium Corporation or Board of Trustees in meetings, reporting, and policy implementation.
• Supervise property management staff and third-party service providers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training programs.
• Promote teamwork and high service standards across all staff.
• Develop, implement, and oversee safety and emergency response plans.
• Prepare and submit operational, incident, and maintenance reports.
• Maintain updated property records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
