Job summary

COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGERS GROUP INC is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee condominium operations, ensure timely collection of dues, and enforce house rules. You will work with the Board to implement development programs and maintain positive relations with the community and LGU/NGO partners.

The role requires a degree in Management/Finance/Architecture/Engineering and at least 3 years in property estate management, with strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to resolve problems related to administrative, financial, and/or technical matters.
• Experience in property estate management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports with detailed budgets for OPEX and CAPEX, and compile daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
• Oversee condo staff including admin, technical, housekeeping, security, and messengerial teams.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly work programs and track accomplishments.
• Attend meetings and manage matters related to the condominium corporation.
