CALMAR LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Property Management Officer who reports to the Property Management Head to implement, organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO). The role oversees water and electrical facilities, village maintenance of all projects, and Calmar Land offices.
Required: graduate of any 4-year course, at least 2 years’ experience in Property Management/QA QC/Construction, knowledge of real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Directly reporting to the Property Management Head, the Property Management Officer shall implement, organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO). The Property Officer shall be in-charge in the monitoring, coordination and implementation of works for water business / electrical facilities, Village Maintenance of all Projects and Calmar Land Offices.
Monitor CIIS forms, OC, ESC, WSC, Work Order, SRF and PMD Monitoring for RFO Units
Maintain inventory of RFO keys
Check PBE DTR and charging and RFO maintenance cycle
Manage works for temporary water and electrical service connection applied by homeowners of the subdivision, including reading and preparation / issuance of materials needed for the said services
Ensure correct and accurate reading of utility connections (water and electric)
Monitor and maintain Calmar Land offices / equipments / security personnel and attend to various works relative to building improvements, for the safety of employees and management of the company
Monitor the maintenance and up-keeping activities of all projects Guardhouse, Clubhouse, Landscape and Façade through regular checking of repairs / improvements and beautification
Manage grass cutting activity by in-house or out-source contractor of Calmar Land and ensure correct and timely billing
Monitor all Calmar Land's saleable lot and open spaces and ensure that no illegal settlers occupy the said area
Prepare all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities
Graduate of any 4 year Course
At least 2 years work experience related to Property Management / QA QC / Construction
Knowledgeable in real estate industry
Knowledgeable in the proper maintenance / restoration of facilities and amenities of subdivision projects
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation
Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
