Job summary

MC GEOMETRIC PROPORTIONS INC. is seeking a Batch Plant Supervisor to oversee daily concrete production, manage plant staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will supervise batching, dispatching, materials testing, and equipment maintenance while coordinating with drivers and management to meet project schedules.

Requires 2–5 years in batching operations or related field, with a HS diploma or technical degree, knowledge of concrete mixes, and OSHA or TESDA credentials.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or technical/bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in concrete batching plant operations or related field.
• Technical: Understanding of concrete mix designs and batch control systems.
• Maintenance: Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Soft: Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills; coordinate with drivers and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mixing, batching, and dispatching to meet schedules.
• Monitor materials and test concrete to match specs and industry standards.
• Direct plant operators, drivers, and loaders; assign daily tasks.
• Schedule routine maintenance and coordinate major repairs.
• Enforce safety rules and environmental regulations; OSHA guidelines.
• Track raw material stock, record batch outputs, and complete logs.
