• Supervise and monitor the day-to‑day activities at the plant.
• Oversee the batching process to ensure accurate mixing of materials.
• Ensure the batch plant runs at optimal capacity, meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings for quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure that all concrete/asphalt is mixed and delivered according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials, mixtures, and final products.
• Maintain quality control records and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidates who are licensed Mechanical Engineers will have an advantage
• With at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the field
• With work experience supervising a group of heavy equipment mechanics and operators in-charge of equipment maintenance and operations
• With good coordination, communication and organization skills
• With Driver's License
• Must be willing to relocate in the project site
