Transitions seeks a Batching Plant Engineer to join a dynamic team for projects in the Bicol Region, Philippines. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on planning, preparing, and monitoring concrete production to meet quality standards while ensuring preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with a license preferred, plus 5 years in a similar role at reputable firms and QA/QC experience in ready-mix batching plants.

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
• Five years of experience in the same position from a reputable construction firm.
• Experience in QA/QC is a plus for batching plants.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and monitor concrete production per set standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of fleet equipment and plant machineries.
