Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, industrial engineering or construction management is required.
• Experience in batching plant, ready-mix concrete operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the batching plant.
• Oversee production and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to project sites.
• Ensure concrete production meets required quality and project specifications.
• Monitor raw materials such as cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Dispatch, Logistics, and clients regarding concrete requirements and delivery schedules.
• Supervise plant operators, drivers, technicians, and other plant personnel.
• Monitor plant equipment and ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Control production costs, material consumption, wastage, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Investigate and resolve operational, production, quality, and delivery issues.
• Prepare operational reports covering production volume, equipment utilization, material consumption, and plant performance.
• Implement improvements to increase plant efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the batching plant.

Job Summary

The Batching Plant Manager is responsible for the overall operations and management of the batching plant, ensuring the efficient production and delivery of quality ready-mix concrete. The role oversees plant operations, manpower, equipment, materials, maintenance, safety, quality control, and coordination with project sites and customers.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in batching plant, ready-mix concrete, construction, or related operations.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching operations, and quality control.

• Experience managing plant equipment, maintenance, inventory, and manpower.

• Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to work on-site and manage operations based on project requirements.
