Job summary

Quicken Concrete Mix Corp - affiliate in the Philippines seeks a Production Manager to oversee batching operations, monitor output targets, and coordinate truck and dispatch schedules.

You will enforce QA/QC testing, schedule preventive maintenance, and lead plant operators, mechanics, and dispatchers while watching material inventories and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing batching operations and meeting output targets.
• Knowledge of QA/QC testing for raw materials and concrete mixes.
• Experience scheduling preventive maintenance and reducing downtime.
• Proven ability to lead plant operators, mechanics and dispatchers.
• Ability to monitor materials and manage operational budgets.
