Job summary

DILGONZ CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a Batching Plant Operator to operate our concrete batching plant according to approved mix designs, production schedules, and company procedures. You will monitor the batching process, make necessary adjustments, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, knowledge of concrete production processes, and familiarity with mix designs and batching procedures.

Qualifications

• College Degree or College Level required.
• 1–2 years of experience as Batching Plant Operator preferred.
• Knowledgeable in batching plant operation and concrete production process.
• Familiar with concrete mix designs, batching procedures, and production schedules.
• Willing to render overtime and work on holidays.
• Willing to relocate to Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete batching plant in accordance with approved mix designs, production schedules, and company procedures.
• Monitor the batching process and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Ensure production records, batching reports, and operational logs are accurate and complete.
