Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is hiring for a Talent Acquisition/HR Operations role based in Quezon City or Pasig. You will support recruitment, QA, and compliance activities in a project-based setup with a midshift schedule.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field and at least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, QA, or HR governance, and are amenable to onsite work. This role offers exposure to multiple clients and process improvements within a dynamic BPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, IE, psychology, accounting, legal management, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Audit, Shared Services, or HR Operations.
• Experience auditing documents or reviewing process compliance.
• Amenable to Project Based setup (1-2 Yrs).
• Amenable to onsite reporting (QC or Pasig).
• Amenable to work in fixed midshift schedule.
