Arcya Commercial Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to assist in monitoring company and property-related documents, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements. You will support Government Compliance, Liaison, and Legal Officers and prepare official documents for government agencies.
Fresh graduates are welcome; strong organizational and documentation skills are essential, with proficiency in Word and Excel and a commitment to confidentiality.
The position will assist in ensuring that company and property-related documents, permits, licenses, government requirements, and legal documents are properly monitored, organized, and processed.
Assist the Property Consultant in monitoring property-related documents, requirements, and transactions.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the Government Compliance Officer, Liaison Officer, and Legal Officer.
Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of documents to government agencies and other external offices.
Monitor permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and other compliance requirements, including renewal and expiration dates.
Maintain an organized filing and monitoring system for compliance, legal, corporate, and property-related documents.
Prepare letters, endorsements, certificates, reports, monitoring sheets, and other documents as required.
Assist in following up pending applications, permits, registrations, and other transactions with concerned government offices and external parties.
Coordinate with different departments regarding documentary and compliance requirements.
Assist in organizing contracts, legal documents, correspondence, notices, and other supporting documents.
Conduct basic research regarding government regulations, compliance requirements, and property-related concerns when needed.
Prepare regular status reports and updates regarding pending requirements and assigned tasks.
Attend meetings, inspections, and external transactions when assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, legal, financial, and property-related information.
Perform other administrative, compliance, and related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or Real Estate Management.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational and administrative skills are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of government agencies and basic regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Has strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.
Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple supervisors and departments.
Willing to attend external meetings, government transactions, and property-related activities when necessary.
