Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Technical Services Assistant to support the company in coordinating with government agencies, offices, clients, suppliers, and other external parties. The role will assist in processing documents, following up on requirements, facilitating submissions, and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately and on time.
This position is open to fresh graduates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in government coordination, documentation, and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and following up with government agencies, local offices, and other external parties.
- Facilitate the submission, processing, and retrieval of permits, clearances, certifications, and other company documents.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records related to liaison activities.
- Monitor the status of applications, permits, and other pending transactions and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather documents and information needed for external transactions.
- Conduct follow-ups and handle routine inquiries with government offices and other stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, inspections, site visits, and other official transactions.
- Ensure that documents and requirements are complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for ongoing and completed transactions.
- Assists in the facilitation of all necessary requirements pertaining to the acquisition, title transfer, tax declaration and documentation for the required property.
- Willing to liaise and travel if needed.
- Perform other administrative and liaison-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in liaison, government processing, administrative work, or documentation is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to coordinate with different government offices and external stakeholders.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, follow up on pending requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel for work-related transactions when necessary.
- Must be professional, reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
