Job summary

BSFIL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist to administer and optimize our salary and benefits programs in accordance with corporate policies.

The role involves analyzing compensation structures, benchmarking against market standards, and ensuring accurate payroll data and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will manage benefits programs, coordinate with providers and agencies, and generate regular reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Process and coordinate salary adjustments, promotions, merit increases, incentives, bonuses, allowances, and other compensation-related changes.
• Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market research to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, pay ranges, and compensation policies.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave benefits, allowances, retirement programs, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, government agencies, and external benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits.
• Review and validate payroll-related compensation and benefits information to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare regular compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
• Monitor compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory benefits, and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee compensation and benefits records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, deductions, allowances, and company policies.
• Support the annual compensation review, salary planning, budgeting, and benefits renewal processes.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee compensation and benefits information.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
