Job summary

Table Group Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems. You will design competitive, equitable compensation programs and lead data analytics to inform decisions across the organization.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, and P&O leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, or related P&O disciplines.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll operations.
• Experience in compensation administration, salary structures, benchmarking, and benefits management.
• Experience in benefits design, vendor management, renewals, and cost analysis.
• Experience leading HRIS or HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead compensation and benefits administration, including schemes and provider management.
• Develop and refine compensation strategies, policies, and benchmarking activities.
• Manage HRIS systems, data integrity, and integrations with timekeeping and payroll.
• Translate data into dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
