This highly visible role emphasizes ownership, accuracy, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking as you manage HR operations, service delivery, and governance to support growth. You will own end-to-end processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation & benefits or HR operations.
• Experience owning compensation and benefits functions.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor law and statutory benefits.
• Proficient in Excel and HR analytics.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.

• Own the end-to-end payroll input process and ensure accurate submissions.
• Manage government-mandated and company-sponsored benefits programs.
• Provide HR service delivery and document management with SLA focus.
• Maintain salary structures, benchmarking, and total rewards data.

• Coach team members on compensation and benefits processes.
