Job summary

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with the assigned team, with proficiency in Excel and HR systems to maintain accurate records and support salary reviews and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Philippine benefit practices.
• Strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and HR systems.
