About the role

Urban Program for Livelihood Finance & Training (UPLIFT) Phils. Microfinance Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant - Compensation and Benefits to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for assisting in the administration and management of our employee compensation and benefits programs.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain employee compensation and benefits records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related processes
• Provide support in the design, implementation, and communication of compensation and benefits programs
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to employees
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters
• Participate in the analysis and reporting of compensation and benefits data
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a human resources or compensation and benefits role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll software
