Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License and current registration with the Philippine Nurses Association
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of Philippine occupational health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in health screening equipment and basic clinical procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce comprehensive health reports
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Demonstrated commitment to employee welfare and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the workplace
• Conduct regular health screening and health promotion programmes for all staff members
• Manage the occupational health clinic and maintain accurate medical records for all employees
• Administer vaccinations and immunisations as required by occupational health protocols
• Assess workplace hazards and provide recommendations to minimise health and safety risks
• Coordinate with external medical professionals and healthcare facilities for employee referrals and follow-up care
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive health and safety reports and statistics for management review
• Develop and deliver health education and wellness initiatives to promote employee wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and workplace health standards
