Job summary

SENTINE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ( SAVERS GROUP HOLDINGS ) seeks a Company Nurse to provide primary healthcare, emergency first-aid, and medical consultations for staff. You will oversee occupational health compliance, manage medical records, and coordinate health initiatives in line with DOLE regulations.

Responsibilities include triage, med dispensing per protocols, maintaining clinic readiness, coordinating physicals and drug tests, and liaising with HMOs and external facilities.

Qualifications

• BSN and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
• BLS and First Aid certifications (Standard First Aid Training from the Philippine Red Cross or equivalent) are a plus.
• DOLE-BWC OSH certifications are advantageous.
• 1–3 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience preferred.
• Strong crisis management, calm under pressure, and decisive action.
• Fluent in English, Filipino, and Kapampangan with good communication.
• Proficient in basic computer applications for medical records and reporting.

• Provide immediate first-aid, medical assessments, and triage for on-duty employees.
• Dispense medications per medical protocols and physician guidance.
• Maintain clean, stocked clinic facilities and medical supply inventories.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and health protocols.
• Coordinate annual physical exams, drug testing, and baseline health assessments.
• Monitor fitness-to-work clearances for staff returning from medical leaves.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records, incident reports, and health logs.

About the role

As our Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare, emergency first-aid, and medical consultations to staff. You will oversee occupational health and safety compliance, manage medical records, and coordinate health initiatives in line with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations. Your role is vital in maintaining a proactive safety culture, handling health emergencies with poise, and ensuring that our team is physically supported to deliver their best every day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first-aid, medical assessments, and triage for employees who experience illness or injuries while on duty.

• Dispense over-the-counter or prescribed medications in accordance with company medical protocols and physician guidelines.

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic facilities and medical supply inventories.

• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and health protocols within the workplace.

• Coordinate annual physical examinations (APE), drug testing, and baseline health assessments for all employees.

• Monitor fitness-to-work clearances for returning employees after medical leaves or injuries.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee medical records, incident reports, and health logs.

• Coordinate with HMO providers, health insurance representatives, and external medical facilities for employee consultations or emergency hospitalizations.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.

• Valid certificates in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (Standard First Aid Training from the Philippine Red Cross or equivalent is an advantage).

• Certifications in DOLE-BWC OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) are a strong plus.

• 1 to 3 years of clinical or occupational health nursing experience (experience in a hotel, corporate setting, or hospital is an advantage).

• Exceptional crisis management skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills (fluent in English, Filipino, and Kapampangan).

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) for medical record-keeping and reporting.
