This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our employees and visitors. As Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing occupational health services, health promotion, disease prevention and emergency medical care within the workplace. This role is essential to our commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy and productive work environment for all team members.
Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees and visitors at the workplace
Conduct health assessments, screenings and routine health checks for employees
Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation for all employees
Develop and implement health promotion programmes and wellness initiatives aligned with company objectives
Educate employees on disease prevention, occupational safety and healthy lifestyle practices
Coordinate with external healthcare providers and arrange referrals for employees requiring specialist care
Monitor and manage medication stocks, medical equipment and supplies within the clinic
Support occupational health and safety compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Conduct health talks, training sessions and awareness campaigns on workplace health matters
Respond to workplace incidents and prepare incident reports as required
Maintain the clinic environment to ensure it is clean, safe and well-organised
A valid Nursing License or Registration with the appropriate regulatory body
Minimum of 1–2 years\' experience in occupational health nursing, community health nursing or clinical nursing practice
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, workplace hazards and health promotion
Proficiency in providing emergency medical care and basic life support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage employees from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements in the absence of medical supervision
Compassion, patience and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing
Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and compliance requirements
Proficiency in computer systems and health information management software
Preferred experience in corporate or industrial healthcare settings
