Job summary

HONDA MOTOR WORLD, INC. is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse for our Mandaue City Cebu facility. This full-time role focuses on occupational health services, disease prevention and emergency medical care within the workplace.

You will perform health assessments, maintain confidential records, promote wellness, and coordinate with external providers to ensure employee wellbeing and a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License or Registration with the regulatory body.
• 1–2 years of experience in occupational health nursing, community health nursing or clinical nursing.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and workplace health promotion.
• Proficiency in providing emergency medical care and basic life support.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and engage employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
• Compassion, patience and commitment to employee wellbeing.
• Knowledge of healthcare legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in computer systems and health information management software.
• Preferred experience in corporate or industrial healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees and visitors at the workplace.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings and routine health checks for employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation for all employees.
• Develop and implement health promotion programmes and wellness initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Educate employees on disease prevention, occupational safety and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and arrange referrals for employees requiring specialist care.
• Monitor and manage medication stocks, medical equipment and supplies within the clinic.
• Support occupational health and safety compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Conduct health talks, training sessions and awareness campaigns on workplace health matters.
• Respond to workplace incidents and prepare incident reports as required.
• Maintain the clinic environment to ensure it is clean, safe and well-organised.

What we\'re looking for
