Job summary

Nitto Denko Philippines Corporation seeks a Company Nurse to join our Laguna clinic. The role focuses on providing first aid, coordinating employee health programs, and ensuring safety compliance. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with PRC license, BLS/First Aid certification an advantage, and 1–2 years of company nurse experience. Payroll familiarity and HRIS exposure are a plus in supporting our workforce health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed).
• With valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Company Nurse.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees as needed.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical examinations, and other company health programs.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Monitor medicine inventory and ensure the clinic is adequately stocked.
• Prepare and submit medical reports, incident reports, and monthly clinic reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and government regulations.
• Participate in emergency response activities and safety drills.
• Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
• Familiarity with government-mandated benefits, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Experience handling employee records and HRIS systems.
• Background in benefits enrollment, claims, and employee inquiries is preferred.
