COMPANY NURSE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Administers the following medical and health care services:

  • First Aid treatment of employees’ injuries sustained in the workplace

  • Dispensing of medicines

  • BP monitoring

• Monitoring against alcoholism, diabetes, cholesterol, renal diseases, etc.

• Refers the ill and injured employees to designated medical facilities upon concurrence with management.

• Pays visits to employees confined in hospitals for medical care and treatment.

• Conducts health lectures to inform employees of prevalent occupational healthcare tips and measures.

• Monitors the inventory of all medical equipment, materials and supplies; and facilitates for their repair and maintenance, procurement and replenishment respectively.

• Facilitates the processing of applications for SSS Benefits Claims (Sickness/Maternity), PhilHealth & iCare.

• Assists in the implementation of Employee Engagement Programs (EEPs) in collaboration with the HRD Supervisor(s), and the Annual Medical and Health Calendar in coordination with Company Physician.
