Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to all employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibilities in the absence of the company physician.
Assesses and determines the health status of the employees and coordinates with company physician on critical matters related to employee's medical condition.
Determines appropriate action such as fit or unfit to work, home isolation, consult a specialist, sent to hospital, etc.
Renders home/hospital visits to provide necessary care, treatment, and assistance to Employee.
Attends to medical cases requiring emergency hospital care or treatment.
Assist the company physician during employee's consultation and medical intervention such as first aid application and dispensing medications.
Evaluates the result of applicants' Pre‑employment Medical Evaluation and provide the status of the evaluation to the Recruitment team.
Maintains individual medical files of all Associates and ensures their confidentiality.
Assists in the implementation of Annual Physical Examinations of regular associates.
Assists associates in availing HMO and dental benefits.
Qualification
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Must be a Registered Nurse with active License
Qualified First Aider is an advantage.
Possess clinical competencies, with good decision-making and high regard for confidentiality.
At least 3‑5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and have attended training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHNAP).
Knowledgeable in MS Office application; Has good written and oral communication skills.
