The role requires handling emergencies, coordinating medical exams, and maintaining confidential health records in a busy onsite clinic.

Applicants should be a registered nurse with PRC licensure, good communication, and organizational skills, and be willing to work shifting schedules as needed Varies by onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active PRC license.
• Preferably 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Clinic Nurse.
• Knowledge of occupational health, first aid, and employee health programs.
• Willing to work onsite and handle shifting schedules if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care for work-related illnesses or injuries.
• Monitor employee health and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist in implementing company health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate pre-employment and annual medical examinations.
• Manage clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare and submit health reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with hospitals and clinics when necessary.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies with appropriate assistance.
• Perform nursing and administrative duties as assigned.

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed)
