Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) seeks a licensed Company Nurse (First Aider) to provide basic healthcare services, administer first aid, support wellness initiatives, and perform administrative duties related to employee health and clinic operations.

The role includes coordinating annual physical exams, vaccines, and medical referrals while maintaining accurate medical records and working closely with HR and external healthcare providers. PRC RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• PRC Registered Nurse with active license.
• Certified First Aider and/or BOSH-trained is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of nursing, clinic, or occupational health experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and record management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
