The company is seeking a qualified professional to promote and maintain the health and safety of employees in the workplace, in compliance with the DOLE OSH standards.

Job Description

Responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace, in compliance with the DOLE OSH standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee the company’s OSH program in coordination with the OSH Committee
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and submit required reports (e.g., Annual OSH Report, Monthly Safety Meeting Reports)
• Conduct mandatory OSH trainings and emergency preparedness drills
• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees (e.g., vital signs check, dispensing medicines)
• Monitor and record employee health conditions and verify medical certificates for sick leaves and return-to-work clearances
• Assess general health status in the absence of a company physician and conduct home/hospital visits if needed
• Develop and implement workplace health programs to promote wellness and prevent illness
• Educate employees on health and safety practices to reduce workplace accidents
• Maintain and secure medical records, equipment, and inventories of medicines and supplies
• Coordinate with HMO providers for annual physical exams and employee benefits (SSS, ECC, PAG-IBIG)
• Prepare and manage health-related reports and billing accuracy for medical services

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training (Safety Officer 2 certification preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
