Job summary

KAI Knitting Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide immediate medical assistance and manage on-site clinical health services for employees in Caloocan City. The role requires PRC licensure and 6 months to 1 year of industrial nursing experience, with strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.

You will maintain health records, assist with safety programs, coordinate with clinics, and support HR/Admin tasks when needed, while ensuring compliance with DOLE,

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training for nurses.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a company nurse or in an industrial setting is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in basic office software (MS Word, Excel).
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
• Willing to work on-site in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees as needed.
• Maintain and manage employee health records and medical reports.
• Monitor and maintain the clinic’s supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs (e.g., health seminars, vaccination drives).
• Conduct health orientation for new hires and periodic health assessments.
• Process and assist with government-mandated health compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, ECC, etc.).
• Coordinate with accredited clinics and hospitals for medical exams and health emergencies.
• Prepare reports related to workplace incidents, health trends, and employee wellness programs.
• Support HR/Admin in general clerical tasks when medical services are not in demand.
• Help ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and occupational health standards.
