About the role

We are seeking an experienced Company Nurse to join our medical team at Acbel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.' in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and supporting the overall health and safety of our workplace.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as required.

• Administer annual physical examinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor employee health and safety conditions.

• Develop and implement health and wellness training programs and educational lectures to promote a healthy workforce.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

• Assist the HR department in the notification and processing of employee sickness for SSS filing.

• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify, assess, and mitigate potential health and safety risks.

• Manage HMO-related concerns and support the processing and approval of leave of absence (LOA) requests.

• Provide health education and counselling to employees on various medical and wellness-related topics.

What we're looking for

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid and active Philippine nursing license.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Must have strong knowledge of occupational health principles, first aid administration, and emergency medical response procedures, with the ability to assess, manage, and document workplace-related illnesses and injuries.

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome provided they are willing to undergo training to obtain this certification.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and computer literate.

• Good and positive working attitude.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to promoting a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
