Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services and first aid assistance to employees at the workplace
• Maintain health and safety records, incident reports, and employee medical files in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct health screenings, health talks, and wellness initiatives to promote employee wellbeing
• Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and manage employee health insurance claims
• Assist HR with daily administrative tasks, onboarding, and time record-keeping
• Handle SSS and PhilHealth calculation duties
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
