As our Company Nurse, you will serve as an important point of contact for employees requiring medical assistance and health-related support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Medical Support
Conduct daily outpatient consultations within the scope of nursing practice.
Provide appropriate nursing care for employees who become ill or sustain injuries at work.
Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary.
Respond to workplace injuries and other urgent medical situations.
Assist in arranging hospital referrals or transportation during emergencies.
Provide initial psychological first aid when appropriate.
Occupational Health & Safety
Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
Monitor and document work-related injuries and medical incidents.
Prepare periodic occupational health and nursing reports.
Assist with DOLE and OSH compliance documentation and reporting.
Prepare required annual medical reports when applicable.
Medical Records & Employee Documentation
Maintain accurate and organized employee medical records.
Safeguard confidential health information and medical documents.
Review and validate medical certificates and other health-related documents.
Ensure proper documentation of consultations, treatments, and medical assistance provided.
HMO & Benefits Coordination
Assist employees with HMO-related concerns and inquiries.
Coordinate healthcare concerns and benefit-related matters with Intellicare.
Process and consolidate medical reimbursement documents.
Endorse completed reimbursement claims to the Payroll team.
APE & Health Program Coordination
Assist with the planning and coordination of the Annual Physical Examination (APE).
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare partners during medical activities.
Provide administrative assistance for employee health programs and activities.
Other Responsibilities
Prepare regular reports related to employee health and workplace injuries.
Coordinate with employees, management, healthcare providers, and other concerned parties.
Perform other health-related administrative duties as assigned.
We welcome applications from Registered Nurses who meet the following qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
Experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or similar position is an advantage.
BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training and certification is required.
BLS / First Aid training and certification is required.
Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record keeping.
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee medical information.
Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.
Willing to work onsite in Parañaque.
