Synopsis of Role
The Community Relations Associate serves as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors within Enderun Co-Working Spaces. This role combines front desk operations, client relationship management, sales support, event coordination, and day-to-day facility oversight.
The position is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality member experience.
Essential Functions
Community Relations & Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals, tenants, and partner organizations that support the center’s goals
- Foster a strong sense of community within the co-working space through proactive engagement
- Identify and optimize opportunities for tenant collaboration and community growth
- Lead community marketing efforts to strengthen market presence and support sales initiatives
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, guests, and walk-ins
- Provide a warm, professional, and service-oriented experience at all times
- Manage inquiries, bookings, and day-to-day front desk operations
- Respond to requests for information or direct inquiries to the appropriate contact person
- Handle walk-in inquiries and present co-working packages and services effectively
- Conduct site tours and assist in converting leads into clients or members
- Maintain and update customer profiles and client records
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction
Events & Community Activation
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement events, workshops, and community initiatives
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Ensure events contribute to community engagement and business objectives
Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage center logistics including room readiness, scheduling, and space utilization
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness and order
- Monitor and address operational issues in a timely and professional manner
Problem Resolution & Service Excellence
- Address client concerns, feedback, and operational issues promptly
- Ensure issues are resolved effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Escalate concerns when necessary and follow through to resolution
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of client activity, occupancy, and engagement
- Support internal coordination and reporting requirements
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management or Business Administration.
- Must have at least 1year of work experience, handling customer service function will be an advantage
