Enderun Co-Working Spaces in Mandaluyong is seeking a Community Relations Associate to manage front desk operations, client relationships, and events. The role blends hospitality, sales support, and facility oversight to ensure a welcoming, high-quality member experience.

The candidate will build tenant relationships, coordinate tours, and help convert inquiries into memberships while supporting daily operations and reporting. On-site at The Podium location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• On-site role at Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, clients and partners.
• Provide warm, professional front desk service and manage inquiries and bookings.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and community initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and space utilization at the co-working center.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
